The legal contest over the Kogi State gubernatorial election has advanced to the Supreme Court, where the judgment has been reserved in the case between Action Alliance (AA) candidate Otunba Olayinka Braimoh and All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, incumbent Governor Usman Ododo.

Braimoh called upon all supporters and well-wishers of the Action Alliance to remain resolute, vigilant, and law-abiding.

In a press statement issued on Tusday through Musa Yakubu, Media Aide, Olayinka Braimoh Campaign Organisation, reiterated his unwavering confidence in the Judiciary’s capacity to uphold justice, serving as the final bastion of hope for the common man.

“Otunba Braimoh is firmly convinced that the Supreme Court will meticulously rectify all injustices and oversights perpetrated by the lower tribunal and the Court of Appeal.

“He is assured that the integrity of the judicial process will prevail, ensuring that justice is not only done but seen to be done.

“We implore all stakeholders to maintain their steadfast support for the peaceful pursuit of justice as we await the Supreme Court’s decisive ruling. Otunba Braimoh remains fully committed to upholding the rule of law and safeguarding the democratic will of the people of Kogi State.
