The Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the nomination of the immediate past Governor of the state, Bello Mattawale as a minister, saying Mattawale would not disappoint Nigerians.
In a statement issued by the APC publicity secretary, Mallam Yusuf Idris on Thursday in Gusau, “Zamfara state Chairman of APC Tukur Umar Danfulani lauded the choice of Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle for ministerial engagement by dear President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“This consideration by Mr. President is certainly most deserving to Matawalle, the APC, and the people of Zamfara who have kept faith in the former governor.
“It is our strong belief that Matawalle, having earned the confidence of the President, will definitely not disappoint Nigerians as he has always been a good ambassador of the state.
“We wish to exceptionally thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for this choice and assure him that the APC in Zamfara will always stand with and by him.”
