Seun Odofin has congratulated the immediate past Governor of Osun State, Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola CON on his nomination as a minister by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.
Speaking to newsmen on the second batch of the much anticipated ministerial nominees read by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio as transmitted by President Bola Tinubu, Hon. Odofin appreciated the President for keeping to his word to nominate reputable politicians and technocrats which will reflect national character, government of inclusion and competence.
The former Special Adviser on Administration and Legislative Compliance to the Honourable Speaker of the 9th Assembly, Rt Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila stated that with the nomination of Gboyega Oyetola and others, the President has indeed nominated patriotic, committed and experienced Nigerians who will help him drive his Renewed Hope Agenda in the national interest.
He assured Nigerians that with his vast experience as a former governor, insurance tycoon, seasoned administrator and consummate politician, Oyetola nomination will largely impacted the African most populous nation.
The Osun State APC bigwig pleaded with Nigerians to refuse the temptation of relentless Nigeria enemies who are working to suppress the good speed of Nigeria’s progressive wheel to achieve their self-designed motives of sinking the nation using the fight against subsidy removal as a cover up.
He said President Tinubu feels and shares in our pains and his working assiduously on various policies to cushion the effects occasioned by the fuel subsidy removal as expressed in his nationwide broadcast days ago.
” Let me say that now that the much touted ministerial nominees have been unveiled in full by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu through the Senate in accordance with the constitution, the business of governance will kick start in earnest and Nigeria will witness speedy transformation by the time the Senate is through with the screening and eventual inauguration of the cabinet members by President Tinubu.
We must appreciate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who had fulfilled all righteousness with his readiness to work with noble men that will help him drive his Renewed Hope Agenda in the national interest.
