The Zamfara state governor-elect, Dr Dauda Lawal has assured to rebuild the state, saying his emergence as Governor is the will of God.
Addressing newsmen on Tuesday at his GRA residence in Gusau, the Zamfara state capital, Dauda further reassured that the rule of law would always be his focus.
He emphasized that the educational system and youth empowerment are among the physical development that would receive the utmost priority in his administration for the state.
He assured of transforming Zamfara state with laudable and benefitting programmes, adding that very soon the state would witness a massive transformation.
He called on youth and supporters of PDP to be law abiding and avoid anything that can bring disharmony in the state,” rule of law would always be my focus.”
According to the Zamfara governor-elect, the only way to rescue and rebuild Zamfara is by coming together and praying for peace and more development.
“The best thing to do for the people of Zamfara state is to bring about peace, secure farms, and provide businesses to both men and women.”
He further said that his critical agenda is to ensure youth employment and poverty alleviation, promoting peace and peaceful coexistence among people in the state.
