…As Ghana Must Go Tears Church Apart

As 2023 general elections are just by the corner, politicians are stepping up their games to be able to clinch power no matter how dirty or messy it gets.

Some are now running amok using any available means to churn out treacherous information to weaken their opponents before the very eyes of the unsuspecting members of the public to get what they want.

The latest on this development is when OBA runs to INIRI Priest, Pastor Ayodele for political help through prophecy.

It was gathered that last week, OBA invited the Pastor to his Abuja residence for a prayer meeting which the pastor obliged and went there with a team of Bishops and Pastors

It was alleged that some bags containing millions kf naira was disbursed to them to carry out a campaign against Pastor Umo Eno, the most widely acknowledged aspirant in the Akwa Ibom State Government House top job race.

The controversial Primate was asked to deploy unsavoury prophecies to dampen the chances of Pastor Eno in the upcoming election in the eye of the unsuspecting members of the public.

A source, who is an insider of the Church alleged that in the company of Rt. Rev. Samuel Olugun and other Pastors after the prayer meeting, OBA told them the whole story of what he is going through in Akwa Ibom.

The source said “OBA suggested that if Pastor Ayodele issued a statement, the statement will help to win the heart of the people. So, the man (Pastor Ayodele) assured him (OBA) that he was going to give a prophecy but asked him to sponsor it to go viral.

“So the aspirant told him that he was going to do it and after some days, a whooping amount running into millions of naira was paid to the Pastor through one of his pastors.

“The problem started when the money was disbursed and the person who received the money was paid only 500,000 naira and queried why he was given such a paltry sum.

“The Junior Pastor out of anger rejected the money and left. The Senior Pastor had to call him back and double the amount to make it 1 million naira which he still rejected considering the amount paid,” he added.

However, efforts to reach out to the Spokesperson of Akwa Ubok Abasi Campaign Organization, Mr Usoro Usoro proved abortive as he did not respond at the time of filling this report. Continue Reading
