Nationnewslead report that The People Democratic Party (PDP) Oriade Local Government Former Party Chairman, Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe, People Democratic Party (PDP) on Tuesday congratulated Governor Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke on his victory at the Supreme Court.
Prince Bayo in a letter to the governor said that the Tuesday’s judgment of the apex court has put an end to the series of litigations on the governorship poll that elected Governor Adeleke.
The former Chairman, in the letter, asked Governor Adeleke to accept his congratulatory message since all the cases were over.
The Supreme Court ruling is a confirmation both of the perfect will of God and of the irrefutable choice of Osun State people. It also reinforces the confidence our people have in the judiciary. This is a good development for the advancement of democracy in our nation Nigeria and Africa at large as it goes a long way to pattern true democracy for other African nations.
