The former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Lasun Yusuf, has defected to Labour Party (LP), Nationnewslead reports.
He is to contest the July 16 governorship election in Osun State on the platform of the LP
The Ex-deputy speaker had recently resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He contested the APC governorship primary election but lost to the incumbent Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
