Nationnewslead reports that Political thugs on Saturday attacked Osun Commissioner for Land and Physical Planning, Hon. Nathaniel Agunbiade in his country home Erinmo-Ijesa in Oriade Local Government Area of Osun State.
The APC has alleged that the thugs are loyal to Senator Ademola Adeleke and People Democratic Party (PDP).
Nationnewslead gathered that the thugs armed with dangerous weapons stormed Honourable Nathaniel Agunbiade, who was a member of the House of Representatives between 2015 and 2018.
During the attacks, some members of the APC, including Niyi Ayeni, Muyideen Fatai and others were injured and are now receiving treatment at Lautech Hospital Osogbo.
Some cars belonging to Hon. Nathaniel Agunbiade was also set ablaze during the attack.
‘Sporadic shooting’
“They started shooting sporadically with the intent of killing Honourable Nathaniel Agunbiade and threatened other APC members, and vowed to kill anyone who opposed PDP and Senator Adeleke,” a witness recalled. Continue Reading
