Nationnewslead report that The Owaloko of Iloko Ijesa, Oba Dr. Akeem Olusayo King Benjamin Ogungbangbe, Ajagbusi Ekun VI, on Thursday conferred chieftaincy titles on Chief Mrs Apeke Olowooke, her counterpart, Chief Mrs Abeke Eyebiokin and Chief Mrs Temilade Awopetu.
Olowookere was conferred with the chieftaincy title of “Yeye Dole” of Iloko Ijesa, Eyebiokin bagged the title of “Otun Loodan” while Awopetu was bestowed with the title of “Odofin/Ekata Loodan.
According to Nationnewslead, The Owaloko of Iloko Ijesa, Oba Dr. Akeem Olusayo King Benjamin Ogungbangbe, Ajagbusi Ekun VI, made the disclosure at a news conference in Iloko-Ijesa on Thursday, adding that the conferment of titles on Olowookere and others was in recognition of their contribution to the community.
The new chiefs thanked the monarch for counting them worthy of the honor and promises to keep doing all possible best to the development of Iloko Land.
