A traditional ruler in Osun State, Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa, Oba (Dr) Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe, has commended Rt. Revd timoti Oladokun Olatunji’s lifelong commitment to the service of God and humanity.
This is contained in a statement issued by the media assistant to the monarch in Iloko-Ijesa on Saturday.
It stated that the Owaloko gave the commendation in a congratulatory letter to the bishop on the occasion of his 53rd birthday anniversary.
Owaloko praised the bishop’s tireless dedication to his duty as the spiritual shepherd of many Nigerians and non-Nigerians.
It gives me immense joy to felicitate with you as you clock the age of 53years.
More than two decades of these 53 years have been dedicated to the work of God as a pastor and preacher.
Our prayer is that God will give you longer life, strength and your ability to serve Him for many more years,” Owaloko wrote.
The Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa kingdom wished the bishop, members of his family and Methodist Church Nigeria a very happy celebration of his birthday.
