Nationnewslead reports that Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa HRM Oba Dr. Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe and prominent personalities from different parts of the country on Saturday, 15th Octomber 2022, attended the wedding ceremony of Ifeoluwa Omolara & Eseosa Precious, held at CAC Center Of Glory Oke Akani Church, Lagos State.
The solemnization between Precious and his wife, Ifeoluwa Omolara, was also witnessed by traditional rulers, religion leaders, among others.
Some of the dignitaries were Dr Prince Thomas Ogungbangbe, High Chief Somo Omoniyi, Kayode Osunmakinye, Wife of Prof Pela, Prince Ahmed Ogungbangbe.
Among the traditional rulers were Olomo of Omo Ijesa, HRM Oba Oluwaseyi Adeolu Adejola Odundun ll, Awaraja of Iwaraja Ijesa, His Royal Majesty Oba Sunday Ishola Ibironke- Samoyegun 1, Ado Oko of Ido Oko, Hrm Oba Micheal Babatunde Adedeji, Alapeju of Ilupeju Ijesa, Oba Aderogba Akinbayode, Alayetoro of Ayetoro Ijesa, Oba Dr Fagbeyide Arowolo, Apoti – Ajagunla of Apoti Ayetoro, Oba Saliu.
Others included Olori’s, Owaloko King’s Men, Hon. Niyi Arowosegbe, Chief Mrs, Tola Fapojuwo and others
The husband is the son of the late Rev. Dr. S.O & Lady Dens Mrs. J. E Uhunmuangho, while his wife is the daughter of Late Alhaji Nasiru & Princess Kemi Oshodi.
Owaloko said, in marriage, a man and woman come together and becomes one, but in Mathematics, one plus one becomes two.
“According to Christianity, we are made to believe that marriage is a union of two families.
“Both families are enjoined to mix together in love, that this the couple we have planted today.
“The newly wedded needs their both families so that they could last forever in love and happiness.
“To the couple, during your counselling, you must have learnt a lot and I must emphasize that from today, your are spiritually one. You must stick to one another.
“Wife submit to your husband and that is, irrespective of age, position or status at work.
“A submissive wife automatically controls her husband.
“Your husband is a public figure, therefore, he needs your constant support spiritually, physically and always ensure you are there to comfort him.
“Husband, whatever you give your wife she will multiple it for you. Always ask yourself what can I do to make my wife happy.
“I must say that in recent times, we have seen more heartbreaks in intending couples and this one we are witnessing today shows that the two are willing and determined to become one,” the monarch said.
