Yoruba poet, writer, artiste and religious leader, Alhaji Olanrewaju Adepoju, is died.

Adepoju died on Sunday 10 December, 2023 in his home in Ibadan.

His son, Adejare Adepoju, broke the news in a brief announcement on Sunday, saying “Baba has gone to rest.”

Adejare Adepoju said the sad incident occurred at about 7pm.

He was 83 years old.
