Rapper Kolawole Olubukunmi Adeosun, professionally known as DJ Instinct, has released a new song for his fans. As the official DJ for Reminisce’s LRR and talent nurturing ID Cabasa’s Coded Tunes, his new song ‘Purche Vibez’, according to him, is set to set a new rhythm in clubs across the world.
From mixing and blending his way through the airwaves, especially on Premier FM, to performing across top clubs, he has shown he is a force to be reckoned with, rolling out his unique mash up of high-energy afro beats, ragga, and other music genres that he often laces with deep dark and dirty drum and bass.
A graduate of Politics and International Relations, Lead City University, Ibadan, the DJ recently released his new body of work, “Puche Vibez”.
Prior to this, he had in 2016 released ‘Omo Better’ featuring Small Doctor and Oladips. Sequel to it, he featured Zlatan Ibile, Chinko Ekun and Oladips in his single, “Olosho”.
With a collection of mixtapes to his credit, including Coded Tunes ‘Classic Mixtape’ with over four million streams across all platforms, ‘2 Kings Mixtape’ featuring DJ Hazan boasting of over two million downloads, and over 10 million streams and downloads on all his mixtapes and singles hosted on Apple Music, Boomplay, Spotify and YouTube Music among other platforms, DJ Instinct is sure to keep his audience in high spirits.
His prowess was recognised with ‘Best Student DJ’ award. He also received the award for the ‘Best Collaboration’ for the hit single, ‘Jubadi’ featuring Kshab, Keanzo, Pizzy, and Sheun Natural.
DJ Instinct directs the music policy for Jagameister, Monkey Shoulder, Trophy, and several reputable brands in Nigeria. He has shared the stage with major names in the music industry including Wizkid, Burna Boy, Reminisce, Olamide, Davido, Fireboy DML, Asake, Joeboy, and BNXN.
