Varying reactions have trailed singer Charles Chibueze Chukwu aka Crayon’s revelation on the reasons why he’s not been to his parents’ five years after ‘bolting’ from home.
The Mavin Records signee recalled in a tweet how he left his parents’ residence in 2017 but hasn’t gone back ever since then.
The “Ijo” (Laba Laba) noted it’s one of the sacrifices he must make to chase his dreams but confessed that he misses them.
The Orile-born singer tweeted: “Left my parents’ house back in 2017 since then I haven’t gone back! It’s not something I’m proud of especially because it’s just an hour 30mins drive to my parent’s house!
“But as a dream chaser wey I be I gat make sacrifices! It’s not easy on me though I miss em so much!”
But social media users have reacted differently to Crayon’s reasons for staying away from his parents
