In an effort to revitalize small businesses and improve the livelihoods of his constituents, Honourable Abdussamad Dasuki, representing Kebbe/Tambuwal Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has begun disbursing grants to farmers, traders, and small and medium-sized entrepreneurs.
The grant scheme, titled “It’s Coming,” has already commenced with teams from Dasuki’s office distributing cheques to beneficiaries in Kuchi district, Kebbe Local Government.
As part of their mandate, the team will visit markets, farms, and business hubs to identify and provide cheques to eligible SME owners.
This initiative, a fulfillment of a campaign promise, aims to boost local economies and bring governance closer to the people. According to Hon. Dasuki, the exercise will be conducted monthly to ensure all SMEs in the constituency receive support.

One of the beneficiaries, Bashar Umar Tambuwal, praised the lawmaker for the gesture and promised to use the grant wisely to purchase more seedlings and farm inputs.
He also appealed to other political officeholders in the state to follow the lawmaker’s example by providing support to the less privileged in society.
This initiative offers welcome relief to constituents facing economic challenges. By investing in local businesses, Dasuki demonstrates his commitment to driving growth and development in Kebbe/Tambuwal Federal Constituency.
