THE presiding pastor of the Bible Way Crusaders Church International and president of Care People Foundation, Reverend Paul Tunde Tioluwani, popularly known as Lesekese, has commended the grand patron of the foundation, Dr Bode Olajumoke for bringing succour to people living with disabilities and underprivileged as part of the activities marking his 80th birthday celebration.

Reverend Tioluwani acknowledged the support of Senator Olajumoke during the donation of free eight wheelchairs to people with disabilities, including children, and foodstuffs to widows, at the foundation in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

Tribune Church News also gathered that over 20 widows were also presented with free foodstuffs, while other attendees were treated to food and drinks.

Beneficiaries of the wheelchairs commended the Care People Foundation for the humanitarian gesture and showered prayer on Dr Olajumoke.

Speaking with newsmen, one of the beneficiaries, Mr Tijani Saheed thanked the foundation and the celebrant for the kind gesture of a new wheelchair, just as it noted that the gift would help him greatly.

The cleric further described the celebrant as a person who supports the poor genuinely, adding, “He is an achiever of note. A statesman and a person who has the interest of Nigeria at heart. He is a man with high intelligence and an eye for detail. He is also a man with a heart of kindness and a philanthropist of note.

“He is the Grand Patron of the Care People Foundation and he is one of the main supporters of the foundation’s projects. To date, he still supports what we are doing.

“He built a centre for us, ‘Dr Bode Olajumoke Centre for Disabled People and Orphanage’. So, we feel the best way to celebrate him as he clocks 80 years is to give to the underprivileged in the society,” he added.
