Nationnewslead reports that A teenager identified as Idowu Biletiri Ruth has stabbed her elder brother to death for reportedly questioning her movement.
The incident happened at Igbokoda, headquarters of Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Witnesses said Ruth, aged 18, was peeved after her brother questioned her for not sleeping at home the previous day.
The witness said the suspect picked a kitchen knife after an argument and stabbed her brother.
The brother was said to have died after a few minutes.
Ondo Police spokesman, Tee-Leo Ikoro, who confirmed the incident said the matter was reported to the Amotekun Corps.
“I am aware of the case but it was reported to Amotekun. Find out more from the Amotekun.”
Commander of the Ondo Amotekun Corps, Chief Adetunji Adeleye, could not be reached for comments as at the time of filing this report.
