Terrorists have reportedly killed two persons and abducted about 30 others in communities in Birnin-Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
A survivor, Mallam Isa told Daily Post that the communities affected were Shiwaka, Unguwan Bagudu and Sabonlayi.
According to Isa, more corpses would be found in the bushes if a thorough search was conducted.
The locals, according to him, could not pay the levies imposed on them by the bandits, hence the communities were attacked.

He explained, “They attacked on Monday, around 11:30 am while most people went to their farms. It’s the deadline for the levy imposed by the bandits.”
He appealed to President Bola Tinubu government to tackle the menace of banditry headlong.
He lamented that, “even if the levy is paid, the bandits will never stop carrying out their attacks against innocent locals.”
