A candidate of APC for Ijesa North House of Representatives in the 2023 general elections, Hon. Seun Odofin has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the Chairman of Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) today in Guinea-Bissau.
President Tinubu’s emergence was announced at the 63rd Ordinary Session of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of ECOWAS as he succeeds President Umaro Embalo of Guinea Bissau.
The former Special Adviser to Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila on Administration and Legislative Compliance in his congratulatory message described President Tinubu emergence as a testament of God ordination.
The APC stalwart said as an experience leader and frontline democrat, Asiwaju will do everything to uphold the sanity of good governance, build a stronger, united and economic bouyant Africa.
“Another history made today as the father of our dear nation, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR emerged the President of Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) at the 63rd Ordinary Session Summit which marks his first engagement within African continent as Nigeria President.
This historic event signifies God ordination and love for Nigeria and Africa. We have gotten the greatest gift ever as Black nations.
I’m confident that soon, Africans will have reasons to rejoice as we will continue to see massive turnaround that will delist the continent from bottom of every development statistics.
President Tinubu will build a stronger; united and economic bouyant continent and as an experience leader and frontline democrat, he will definitely uphold the sanity of democratic governance.
