The Founder and CEO of the Aribisala Care Foundation, Barrister Abiodun Aribisala, an internationally recognized tax consultant and a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, has called on warring factions in Ifon-Osun and Ilobu communities of Orolu and Irepodun Local Government Areas to cease hostilities and embrace peace.
In a statement on Sunday, Aribisala expressed deep concern over the escalating crisis, which has led to loss of lives, destruction of property, and widespread suffering. He emphasized the urgent need for both communities to end the violence and seek peaceful resolution, stating, “It is better to resolve disputes through dialogue than to resort to violence.”

Aribisala extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the conflict and sympathized with individuals who suffered property losses. He urged the feuding communities to see beyond their differences and embrace peaceful coexistence.
“While I acknowledge the grievances that may have triggered this unfortunate crisis, I firmly believe that no issue is worth the life of any Osun citizen,” he said. “The loss of lives and destruction witnessed in recent years could have been avoided if dialogue and negotiation had been prioritized.”
He called on traditional rulers and community leaders to take proactive steps in fostering peace through constructive dialogue and conflict resolution mechanisms.
Aribisala reiterated his prayers for the souls of the departed and for the swift restoration of peace in the affected areas. “May Almighty God grant the deceased eternal rest and bring lasting peace to Ifon-Osun and Ilobu,” he concluded.
