US President-elect, Donald Trump has officially appointed four of his trusted advisors from his recent presidential campaign to assume important roles within the White House.
Dan Scavino returns as an Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff. A long-standing ally, Scavino was a Senior Advisor on the Trump Campaign and has been one of President Trump’s most dependable aides throughout his career.
Stephen Miller is rejoining the administration as Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor. Previously a Senior Advisor on the campaign, Miller served as Senior Advisor to the President for Policy in Trump’s prior term, making him a familiar presence in the White House.
James Blair has been appointed as Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Legislative, Political, and Public Affairs. In his role as Trump Campaign and Republican National Committee Political Director, Blair led a substantial team and managed a wide array of political operations and initiatives.
Taylor Budowich will serve as Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Personnel. Before his campaign involvement, Budowich held a senior position at President Trump’s Leadership PAC, Save America, and was CEO of the pro-Trump Super PAC, MAGA Inc.
Trump said, “Dan, Stephen, James, and Taylor were ‘best in class’ advisors on my winning campaign, and I know they will honorably serve the American people in the White House. They will continue to work hard to Make America Great Again in their respective new roles.”
