Nationnewslead reports that As muslims across the globe celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, the Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa, Oba (Dr.) Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe, has urged muslims to remain peaceful, law abiding and uphold the tenets of Islam.
In a statement released by his media aide, the monarch admonished muslims to be guided by the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (SAW)
He said: “Islam is a religion of peace; development would be attracted to peaceful environment.
“Any association fighting the cause of Islam by shedding of blood is satanic and does not reflect the message of the Holy Quran.”
