Nationnewslead report that Ijesa North Member House of Representatives candidate of All Progressive Congress, 2023, Hon. Seun Odofin has condoled with the family of late Pa Hon. Rufus Fagboye and Osun State chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) over the demise of the political icon.
Hon. Odofin also extend his condolences to the people of Erin and APC family in Ward 01, Erin, Oriade Local Government.
The ex-aide to the speaker of the Ninth Assembly at the House of Representatives, described Pa Rufus Fagboye as a veteran politician with worthy virtues who until his demise remains a loyal, passionate and honest politician without any dented image.
The Osun APC stalwart said, though, the vacuum left behind by baba will be difficult to fill at the moment because the staunch progressives leader as one of the core Awoists left while his experience and guidance is most needed in the progressives fold.
He prays for gentle repose of Pa Fagboye and appealed to the deceased family and all APC members across the state to accept his death in good faith.
