Staying young, both physically and mentally, is a multifaceted endeavor. Some of the tips include; Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. This is because foods high in antioxidants, such as berries and leafy greens, can help combat oxidative stress. Regular exercise, drinking plenty of water during the day, adequate sleep of about 7-9 hours each night, mental stimulation with reading and learning new skills and maintaining strong relationships with friends and family. Social engagements have been linked to longer, healthier lives.

Meditation and stress management, limiting alcohol consumption and the avoidance of smoking, as well as cultivating a positive mindset can enhance emotional resilience and contribute to a youthful spirit.
