As he celebrates 2 years of his ascension to the throne of his forebears, Hon. Seun Odofin on Monday felicitated a frontline traditional ruler in Osun State, His Royal Majesty Oba (Dr) Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe, the Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa.
Odofin in his message joined the indigenes of Iloko-Ijesa, the family of Ogungbangbe, Ijesa North Traditional Council and Osun State Traditional Institution in celebrating the 2nd Coronation Anniversary of Oba Olusayo Ogungbangbe on the stool of Owaloko.
The Osun State APC stalwart and Ijesa North House of Representatives candidate in the 2023 general election under the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) urges Oba Ogungbangbe to continue on his worthy and commendable paths of promoting peace and unity across the country.
The erstwhile Special Adviser on Administration and Legislative Compliance to Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila called on the popular royal father to do more as the chief custodian of the traditions of his people to preserve and propagate the admirable culture and customs of Iloko-Ijesa.
Odofin described the eminent monarch as a skillful manager of the people; a distinguished and comsumate traditional ruler with vast network, loyalty, hard work, dedication, commitment, consistency, resilience and perseverance
He therefore assured Ajagbusi-Ekun VI of his full support to the throne and good people of Iloko-Ijesa community.
He prayed for the needed health and wisdom for Kabiyesi for a successfully reign.
