In a heartwarming turn of events, renowned Fuji musicians Wasiu Alabi Pasuma and King Saheed Osupa have put an end to their longstanding rivalry and rekindled their friendship.

The two artistes, who had been involved in bitter conflicts that sometimes escalated into fan wars, have now come together in a display of unity.

Osupa took to his Instagram page to share the news of his recent visit to Pasuma’s home in Lagos.

He wrote: “Let’s play on; If music is the food of love”…I spent a very special moment with my old friend, brother and colleague @officialpasuma at his Omole residence, today.

And also to commiserate with him on the demise of his late mum while I was away. May God continue to be with you, Iba Wasi. #FUMAN… UNITY!”

The video showed the two musicians embracing, surrounded by their supporters, and celebrating their reconciliation.

During the visit, Osupa expressed his condolences to Pasuma, and the two artistes addressed their fans, emphasising that they have moved past their differences.

They acknowledged their maturity and the fact that they both have grown children studying abroad.

Pasuma also hinted at an exciting collaboration between the two, signalling a bright future for their renewed friendship.
