Seun Odofin has congratulated the former Executive Governor of Osun State and one time Interim National Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Chief Abdulkareem Adebisi Bamidele Akande on the occasion of his 84th Birthday.
Hon. Seun Odofin Monday, January 16, 2023 issued the congratulatory message in his home country, Ijebu-Jesa.
In the message he personally signed, Hon. Odofin applauded Baba Akande contributions to the overall developments of Osun State and Nigeria as a whole.
He appreciated the elder Statemen for his finest political and visionary leadership style. He described Baba Omokekeke as a man of integrity and inflexibility. A role model whose legacies have become template for government at all levels.
Barr. Seun Odofin, who heaped praises on Baba Akande, further described him as a decent man and astute administrator.
‘Our Baba is a role model. His contributions to national issues within and outside politics can’t be undermined. Coming to his home state, Osun, as a former governor, he inherited a deeply indebted Treasury; huge arrears of salary, allowances, and pensions and other challenges. Yet, he was able to surmounted all and left many unimaginable legacies among them is an imposing building, Bola Ige House.
