The Caretaker Committee Chairman for Oriade local government area of Osun state, Hon Bunmi Obeisun Celebrates with the new Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa, Oba Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe as Governor Oyetola presents him Certificate and Staff Of Office.
In his congratulatory message, the Oriade local government Council Boss said that the God’s appointed time for Iloko-Ijesa community to have a Traditional Ruler has come and that the impossibility has become possible.
Hon Bunmi Obeisun appreciates the State Governor, Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola and his entire Cabinet Members for their support and approval of the appointment of Oba Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe which makes today’s event a reality.
Hon Obeisun commended Mr Governor for his silent achievements in the area of road construction particularly the ongoing Overhead Bridge at Olaiya junction, Osogbo, purchase and distribution of drugs to Health Facilities, regular and prompt payment of full salary to workers and Pensioners among others.
Hon Bunmi Obeisun advised the new Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa, Oba Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe Ajagbusi Ekun VI to draw everybody close to himself and give every individual or family the deserved position in his government. He equally advised the new Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa Oba Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe Ajagbusi Ekun VI to carry along his Chiefs and Community leaders in decision making. He prays for the King the required knowledge, wisdom and sound health needed to face and tackle the challenges ahead of him.
The number one citizen in Oriade Local Government Area appeals to the entire people of Iloko-Ijesa to give the God ordained King all necessary support and co-operation that will facilitate the upliftment of the ancient town to a higher and enviable position.
The Council Chairman also appreciates the Coronation Committee and every group and individuals that have contributed in one way or the other for the success of this memorable event.
In his concluding remarks, Hon Bunmi Obeisun thanks everyone present at the epoch making event and prayed for journey mercies for all and sundry to their various destinations.
