A-day old baby girl has been rescued by a good samaritan in Erin-Ijesa, Osun State after being abandoned in a bush by an unknown person.
The baby has been handed over to the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Affairs in the state.
A statement signed by the Coordinating Director of the ministry, Mr Jide Falade, indicated that the baby was found in Ilerin community.
He explained that all efforts made by the Police and the Ministry to locate her parents proved fruitless.
Falade, therefore, appealed to members of the public to assist in locating the relatives or parents of the baby. Continue Reading
