Indigenes of Iloko-Ijesa community in Oriade Local Government Area of Osun State which is bordered by Ijebu-Ijesa, Iwaraja-Ijesa, Ilesa, and Ijeda Ijesa, are all smiles as the access road in Iloko-Ijesa leading to Ijebu has been lit with solar power lights.
The project was facilitated by All Progressive Congress chieftain in Oriade Constituency in person of Hon. Seun Odofin.
In another development, the monarch has also installed street lights along the main road the city.
Owaloko emphasised that aside of beautification, the project will improve security in the community.
“The place is our home and it is the responsibility of all of us to contribute to its uplifting in our various capacities. These lights will not only add to the beauty of our community but also improve the security state,” he stated.
