Ladies should be comfortable in their skin as I was on BBTitans — Blue Aiva

It took me two weeks to come out of my shell — Nana

Miracle OP, Blue Aiva and Nana were evicted last Sunday to the shock of many fans. The trio spoke to ROTIMI IGE recently about their journey during the Big Brother Titans show and what fans should expect, moving forward.

What was the experience like for you?

The experience was good, it was a blessing. I’m honoured to grace that platform and to be with an amazing set of people. I’m also internally blessed to showcase my talent.

Miracle, most times you were but called an instigator in the house. Was that you strategy, or what was your strategy?

I don’t think I was an instigator, but I did push peoples buttons on purpose because I felt it was for the right cause. Lessons needed to be learnt in some way and if that came up as instigating, well let it be. But that was not what I was going for and that was not my strategy at all, everyone came with a strategy but as the weeks went by, the strategies had to change as the game evolved.

Many have advised that you go into Nollywood owing to your oratory and acting skills. Do you think that opinion is valid?

Yes definitely. A 100 percent. However, I don’t want to just limit myself to Nollywood. I mean, Nollywood in today’s world should not be put in such a box because there are so many actors, actresses or even presenters that are venturing away from Nollywood, even being in the Netflix space is not really Nollywood is like putting your leg into Hollywood because you’re competing with other movies on the platform. Anything entertainment, acting,  presenting, I’m ready to go into it because that was the main thing that brought me into Big Brother. An area to showcase my gifts or talents is what I’m on the lookout for.

Talk to me about Khosi and Ipeleng. What really happened between you and Khosi? For Ipeleng, was that some sort of rebound or strategy?

This word rebound is harsh. Ipeleng was not a rebound, we  just started later because she and I were in something at the same time at the beginning of the show. Ipeleng is an amazing woman and she is one of the smartest person you will meet; that is why she has gone far in the game; she is a competitor and I appreciate the fact that she got to know me as an individual. She is very attractive and what attracted me to her was beyond physical attraction, it was mental. I was very comfortable around her, she was my comfort zone.

As for Khosi, on the relationship side, it was not going to happen but she is going to stay close to my heart because we had a journey for nine weeks and that wasn’t easy. It is not easy to be up every Sunday for eviction and survive. There’s a bond that Khosi and I  have that cannot be broken no matter what. I appreciate both women and I respect them for the impact they had on me. For Ipeleng, I will see how things pan out when we go outside.

At some point, you told Khosi that you felt a little bit embarrassed as regards the rejection when you asked her out twice. Do you still feel the same way?

I said she embarrassed me during the second week of the Thursday pool party. We bonded throughout that week and she disrespected me at the pool party with Yemi, who I felt at the time, disrespected her publicly.

So who do you think will win the show?

I think Khosi will win from what I’ve seen.

Back in the house, you always spoke up for women. Do you have any experiences that shaped that act of yours?

I was raised by really strong women and also having such women in my life made me feel like women should be treated with respect. I also feel like the space we were in made it unfair to treat women in a certain way especially when emotions were involved. I just feel like you’ve to be direct in anything in that aspect.

 BLUE AVIA

What was your experience like in the house?

It was amazing. I’m just proud of myself that I did that. I’m really grateful for the experience and everything I did in the house. So, I’m happy.

You called yourself an operator in the house what does this mean?

‘Operator’ literally means anything, it doesn’t really have a solid meaning. It just means doing something; when you’re doing something.

There were rumours that you tried to seduce Black Boi in the house, what’s your take on this?

I was with him so I can literally do anything with him but before we got together. I was not trying to seduce him. I was just flirting and he was just in love with me.

At some point, Yemi Cregx told you to be with whoever you wanted in the house. How did this make you feel truly?

I was fine. I did not feel anyway and I absolutely have no regrets with everything that went down in the house.

Did you really have a thing for Yemi?

What are you going to miss most in the house?

I’m going to miss everything and what I did in the house. The tasks, the Friday night games, parties, it was amazing. I’m glad I was able to experience it, I would never trade it for anything.

Do you’ve any plans for Nigeria seeing that the entertainment industry is very huge and we have amazing potentials that would make you thrive?

Of course, I’m definitely coming to Nigeria soon. I really can’t wait for everything the Nigerian entertainment has for me. I’m ready to explore and put my talents into good use

Who do you think will win the show?

Kananga Junior would probably win. My partner is too much.

Tell us about your fashion sense. What makes the blue Avia tick?

I just love showing my body. I embrace my body, respect myself and feel comfortable in my own skin. I’m not scared of anything about showing my body because I know my body is banging and I just want to show young people that they should be comfortable in their own skin. They shouldn’t be judged, as long as you do it in the right manner, it’s okay.

NANA

What was your experience like?

My experience was really good, it was the best thing because I always say the money is there but the experience is what I want more and I got that to the fullest. I enjoyed myself so much and the experience was good for me. I’m also happy to have met all the people I met on the show.

Tell us some of your high and low moments in the house?

High moments would be week five. It was the best week for me; that was my highlight. My low moments would be when I was as ill. Even the first two weeks, I was not really comfortable. I was still in my shell, it took me time to like come out.

Who do you think will win the show?

I would say Ebubu.
