The Harmonized Retirement Age of Staff of National Assembly Service Bill, 2024 has been described as an enabler of the Renewed Hope Agenda of Government if signed into law. This was disclosed in a press conference following a National Roundtable of Civil Societies held in Abuja, the nation’s capital. The spokesperson of the roundtable Dr. Adeyeye Kayode Thompson said if signed into law, the bill will greatly enhance the achievement of the Renewed Hope Agenda of Government, under the leadership of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
