The All Progressives Congress (APC) has told the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to brace up for defeat at the Supreme Court.
Information Nigeria had reported that the PDP in a statement said it confident of victory at the apex court.
Reacting in a Monday statement, Felix Morka, APC spokesperson, said the PDP is deluded for thinking it could upturn the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Supreme Court.
According to him, cases are won on grounds of credible evidence, not fabrications.
“The PDP must also be thoroughly deluded to imagine that it can get through the court what it deservedly failed to get through the polls.

“Its claim that the election was ‘manipulated’ against its candidate is both ridiculous and insulting to millions of Nigerians who voted massively for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its Presidential Candidate, now President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“The PDP and its candidate’s desperate resort to blackmail, disinformation, misinformation and malicious falsehoods against the President and our great Party is intended to prospectively downplay what promises to be a spectacular and ignominious defeat that awaits the PDP and its nemesis of a presidential candidate,” Morka said.
Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the PDP, is challenging the victory of Tinubu in the 2023 polls.
On Monday, a seven-member panel of the apex court, reserved judgement in the appeal filed by Abubakar and adopted the briefs of arguments.
