A teenage housewife has been arrested by the Adamawa State Police Command for allegedly exerting a hot pressing iron around the private part of her stepdaughter.
The police said the housewife, 18-year-old Aisha Mohammed, did this to her five-year-old stepdaughter because the minor urinated in her bed.

Government Area in northern Adamawa, allegedly took what has been described as a wicked advantage on the stepdaughter who lives in the house after her own mother left her father due to divorce.
“Investigation reveals that the suspect, being the second wife to the victim’s father, committed the offence by using hot iron, tortured and inflicted injury on the private part of the baby,” the state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Suleiman Nguroje, said in a statement passed to newsmen.
