Tinubu Calls For Arrest Of PDP's Spokesperson, Over Comment On Buhari's Convoy Attack

While other developing countries in Africa are jumping on the fast train of development and good governance by voting into offices of the President, persons who understand that governance isn’t about TURNS but making policies that impact the live of citizens, Nigeria, the self-acclaimed giant of Africa is at the brink of electing a harebrained Octogenarian with no single regard for the over 200 million people of vast intellects.

To Tinubu, being Nigeria’s President is his turn and not about leading to make a difference. So, he’ll bully, throw tantrums and huff at whoever and whatsoever, in a mentally topsy-turvy manner.

The last is not to be said of this toutly Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, whose continuous quest for the most prestigeous seat of government in Nigeria has had many right-thinking citizens wondering if Nigeria is a park in mushin where every agbero wants to take turn to load a bus.

His latest bluster was when he sauntered into Akwa Ibom State, a State known widely for its hospitable, calm and respectful nature with his wobbling feet screaming ‘take some rest grandpa’ to throw mud at Akwa Ibom people and the government of Akwa Ibom State.

For someone who’s running for the office of President in the February 25th General Elections, one would think Tinubu who thinks himself a demigod would use his rally in Akwa Ibom State as a medium to furnish the people whom he seeks their votes, his manifesto; why they should vote for him and how he’ll make a difference supposedly the baton falls on his side.

But, in his toutly nature which Nigerians especially those living in his much talked about empire ‘Lagos State’ know him for, Tinubu came into Akwa Ibom State, was accorded all the privileges, not excluding access to security, our International Stadium, and everything a visitor could request for but what did Tinubu do?

Tinubu like a child with questionable paternity who recks of good home training, vacillated between his push and start speech, aided by the people who brought him to the State, to insult the very people who’s votes he is seeking.

As Tinubu struggled through his speech, aided by APC stalwarts who obviously are supporting him to take their share from his bullion van, one could hear and feel their fear.

Those who packaged Tinubu like a baby with leaky diapers to the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo failed to remind the self-acclaimed kingmaker that Akwa Ibom people are not cowards neither are we, people who any hagged, demented and drug hanging tag on his neck would stand on our soil, insult our sensibility, our reception and get away with it.

Without even telling Akwa Ibom people what brought him to the State, he left his condescending rally to rain insult on Governor Udom Gabriel Emmanuel.

He had said, “Akwa Ibom, you will not suffer again. Akwa Ibom, you will not suffer again. That boy where bring Atiku here, where they call himself State governor, tell him, tell him, enough is enough. He lives in my backyard in Lagos. If not because we be one, I would drive him home. That big palace that he built, we would used lizards, pythons and scorpions, if not that you’ve begged me. But what do we do for him? Broom revolution!”

With Tinubu’s teleguided careless guff and insult hauled on Akwa Ibom people, he has succeeded in using his hands to bury his aggrandized ambition of becoming Nigeria’s president if actually any sane Akwa Ibom person planned to vote for him.

He has further confirmed that he lacks every elderly character and attribute of a leader. And as such, Akwa Ibom people cannot make the mistake of voting for a man who has no regard for them or their leaders.

His audacity to go out there and call the Governor of a State his “boy” is one which would have been vehemently rebuked were it to be him as Governor. This perception of tired and old brains, wanting to put their hands on the heads of intelligent intellectuals they can in no way measure-up with, in the name of elder statesmen or political ancestors is one anormally which must be rolled-out into the trash. His entitlements to aggrandize on his Cocaine boys and drug peddlers is okay, but not on a man with undented record he can in no way mentor.

Tinubu should know that he’ll never go as close to winning the election, not to mention becoming President with all of his uncoordinated self from top to bottom.

He should go meet his contemporaries or hire some political scientist to teach him how to campaign. Otherwise, he’ll keep sauntering around without aim, veering-off and rambling gibberish, thinking he’s doing what no one can decipher.
Obviously, this can only occur with power-drunk politicians who have nothing to offer. Otherwise, why would someone his age be loitering around the seat of the presidency with diapers and a shaky frame? Continue Reading
