The National Association of Academic Technologists ( NAAT) FUTA Branch has congratulated the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor(Mrs) Adenike Temidayo Oladiji on her appointment.

This goodwill message addressed to the Vice-Chancellor was signed by NAAT Acting Chairman of Federal University Akure, Comrade Awonyemi Isaac.

The message reads, ” The National Association of Academic Technologists ( NAAT ) FUTA Branch wishes to congratulate you on your new appointment as the Vice-Chancellor of our University, indeed it is a well-deserved appointment and we believe you will bring the wealth of your experience to bear in the discharge of your duty.

“We pray that the occasion and ability that got you here will continue to serve you well as you move along your path and we hope that you will succeed in this new appointment.”

Recall that the Governing Council of the University appointed Professor Adenike as the eight substantive Vice-Chancellor of Futa on Thursday, May 12th, 2022.

Until her appointment, she is a Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, University of Ilorin. A is a prolific researcher with over 100 publications who has won many awards and accolades within and outside her immediate academic environment.

Professor Adenike Oladiji succeeds Professor Joseph Fuwape whose term ends on Monday, 23rd of May 2022. Continue Reading
